In these Terms:

"Goods" means the goods which we will supply to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
"Order" means an order which you place with us detailing the Goods You wish to buy from us.

"You/Your" means you, the person using Our Website and/or buying Goods from Us.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions you must immediately  stop using  this website.  Nothing  in these terms  and  conditions are  intended to affect your statutory rights.  Boxing Star Limited reserves the right change these  Terms  &  Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.  It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine if the  Terms and Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to the changes you should not continue to use the website.  We  will  not  be  held  liable  for  any loss of goodwill,  any economic losses or any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the  Terms  and  Conditions.  We  do   not accept liability for damage or injury through misuse of products purchased.


HOW TO ORDER

• 1. Select the items you require and click ‘Add to Cart’;
• 2. Choose the quantity of goods you wish to purchase (the default will be one (1) unit).
• 3. Review your basket making sure all specifications such as size and colour fit your requirements, and then click "Proceed to Checkout";
• 4. If you are a new user you will need to enter an email address and create a user name and password. You must keep your username and password confidential as they allow access to your account. To continue setting up an account you will need to enter your personal details, billing address (which must correspond with your payment card address) and delivery address;
• 5. Once you have set up an account, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation page where you may select the type of delivery, and vary delivery and/or billing addresses. We do not deliver outside the UK.
• 6. You will then proceed to the  secure  payment  page  where you will select the payment type and complete your order.  Following submission of your order we will send you an automated order acknowledgement to the email address provided.
By placing an order through our website, you indemnify that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
We use the industry leading  internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect from fraud. PayPal keep your information safe. We will never actually see your bank or credit card details;  they are passed in a highly secure way directly to PayPal for processing.   Industry-leading fraud prevention is just one of the reasons PayPal is a safe way to pay online. PayPal uses proprietary technology and constantly innovates to monitor transactions and maintain a secure payment system. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. Our  aim  is  to dispatch all UK mainland orders next day (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation. We  will  endeavour  to  contact you within 48 hours from the next  business  working day from the placement of your order, if there are any issues relating to it. On completion of your order you will receive an email notification which will include tracking details for your parcel, please note that your parcel may require a signature on receipt.

 

OUR PRODUCTS

Our products are sold subject to their product description and any supporting information such as size, colour and estimated delivery dates.  We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information, price or product promotion has been incorrectly published. We do make every effort to ensure all of the product information is correct at the time when we upload the product information to the website.  However, the information may not be completely accurate at the time that you place an order. When placing an order you must confirm the details of the product before purchasing. We take all reasonable care to portray our products accurately but pictures are for reference only. Please be aware that the reproduction of colours is dependent on the settings and calibration of your computer monitor or device's screen and they will vary from device to device and from screen to screen. We therefore cannot guarantee that the colours shown will accurately represent the colour of the goods you receive. If you purchase the same goods at different times or in more than one order, we cannot guarantee that the goods we supply will come from the same batch and be an exact colour match with each other. All size measurements quoted on this site must be taken to be approximate. All products are subject to availability.   We will inform you by email as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.  If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply any products then you will be offered a full refund or, if available and acceptable to you, substitute items of equivalent price.

 

CUSTOMER ORDERS

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail). When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.


PRICES

The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT and Delivery Charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third party website; these prices will not be available in-store or over the telephone. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative product. On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in-store. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, our store is under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they differ from that in-store. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery is Free on all store items to UK Mainland as per our standard service, which is Monday - Friday only. Standard delivery is between 8am and 6pm. Saturday deliveries may be available on certain products at extra charge. Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders next day (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. We will only deliver goods to the address provided on your order. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified we will dispatch your order accordingly. An extra delivery may be required if our quoted delivery post coded areas are breached. We will contact you to discuss in more detail if this is the case.

 

SIGNING FOR GOODS

Upon delivery of goods please check them carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to say that you have received them in good condition. It is not always possible to determine if the internal contents have been damaged and we strongly advise you to cross out the word ‘Received in good condition’ and write ‘Damaged’ before you sign, or to write ‘Damaged’ above your signature. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If you receive a parcel, which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, please REFUSE delivery. Do not sign for the items, and then contact us immediately by calling Three Star Trading Limited on 07896929009 stating the reason for refusal.

 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Three Star Trading Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Three Star Trading Limited does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components.Three Star Trading Limited does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Three Star Trading Limited shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Three Star Trading Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations to you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a ‘Force Majeure Event’). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:
• (a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
• (b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
• (c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
• (d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
• (e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
• (f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

We will only use information given at the time of ordering or when making an enquiry by whatever means is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your name will not be added to any third party mailing lists.
